<p>Centrifuge comprises a stator for supply and removal of the fluid to be treated, surrounded by a rotor. Between them is a moulded ring seal accessible from the outside for replacement. The contact area between seal and stator is minimal, and the seal lies outside the path of travel of the fluid. Pref. the stator comprises a head with a vertical inlet pipe and side outlet pipe for the fluid. At the bottom of the head are two horizontally centred separator or scraper plates one above the other. The rotor pref. comprises a rotary plate rigidly connected to the inner element centred around the inlet pipe, and an outer wall, pref. of acrylic material.</p> |
