The control instrument is for producing control signals derrived from fluidic input signals for producing output signals which are delayed relative to the input signals. The instrument consists of a driven control body whose motion is held at constant speed via a retard mechanism. After achieving a given position at the signal output it produces the output signal. To produce the output signals an output signal circuit is controlled contact freely with the control body. A fluid passing transmission channel is connected with the signal input and a receiving channel connected with the signal output are temporarily connected or disconnected by the control body.
