The driven element (6, 8, 28,..) is connected to the drive motor (1) through a parallel-crank drive, with a driving gear (4, 23) eccentrically mounted on the primary drive (2, 21) and a driven gear rigidly connected to the driven element. When a single motor is used for rotating the shutter, transporting the film and adjusting the lens focus, the lens adjustment is initiated by a hand lever (16) which, when required, couples the lens mount to the drive through gears (15-20) that allow reverse as well as forward motion. The motion may be limited by providing teeth on only part of the circumference of the gear (21) to which coupling is made.
