<p>The high-security gun holder, esp. suitable for the private household with only one or more weapons is provided with a T-strip (1, 8) having recesses (9) for housing the gun barrels. A retaining block (12) is detachably connected to the strip and adjoins the side of the barrel of the gun in the holder opposite the strip. This retaining block is provided with bores (13) which fit onto stay bolts (6), mounted on either side of the recesses. In the area between the bores there is a lock (18) which has at least one bolt (20, 21) associated with a catch (26) attached to the strip. The T-strip of the holder is easily fastened to a wall with the faster mounted so that when the holder is closed they are concealed by the block mounted on the bolts. The strip and retaining block can be made in any length to cater for any number of guns.</p> |
