The shoe stretching device consists of a box profiled (10) on whose one end is a fixing plate by which the device can be fixed to a wall. Inside the holder (10) is a screw spindle (13). This spindle (13) projects out of the holder end and carries a hand wheel (16). On the spindle is a threaded sleeve (17) carrying a vertical arm (18) on whose lower end is fitted a rear last piece (21). A second parallel arm (19) is fixed to the holder (10) and carries the front last piece (22). This last piece may have drillings in which mushroom shaped shaping pieces (24) can be inserted to stretch shoe to fit deformed feet. By fitting the shoe to the last (21, 22) while the two halves, then using the hand wheel to move the rear last-piece (21) until the shoe is held. The device can be used to stretch shoes or hold them while being polished.
