<p>Concrete pile production where a cylinder tube (2) is fitted at the bottom end of the pile sheathing concentric to the pile axis. Into this cylinder is cast a concrete piston (1) up to half the height of the tube. The top side of this piston has a ring groove (3) with an inlaid seal (4). Specifically, it is tightly compartmentalised close to the surface of the concrete piston (1) with a membrane (5) through with pressure lines (7, 9, 10) pass. The cylinder tube is cast in the pile base hole. One of the pressure lines (10) which opens under the membrane (5) is connected, via a pressure hose which is loosely laid in a spiral manner on the concrete piston, with radially branched press lines (12) which open into outwards open pockets (13) at the bottom half of the piston casing face. After the hardening of the pile concrete (6), the soil in the region of the piston (1) is pressed through these pockets. Independently of this, the concrete piston (1) is moved out.</p> |
