The miniature radio transmitter is incorporated with its aerial in sealed in an article of clothing e.g. a belt. The belt pref. consists of a flat electric cable assembly forming the aerial, with the transmitter incorporated sealingly in the belt at one end of the cables and connected mechanically and electrically to the other end of the cables. Pref. the belt can be wound and unwound for adaptation to any waist size, and consists of a cable of e.g. "Mylar" (RTM) with a length of 0.8-1.8 m in two sections of equal length. The cable is maintained in the coiled position for 20 mins. at 80-110 degrees C, pref. 90 degrees C.
