Lumbar rachis arresting device - has stiff cowhide plate extending between dorsolumbar hinge and bitrochanterian line

The apparatus arrests lumbar rachis in a painless position, and has a stiff plte of cowhide, 6 to 8 mm. thick, or any other material with the same properties. At the top, it is at the torso-lumbar hinge, and at the bottom at the bi-trochanterian line. To the sides, it extends to either side of a vertical line 1 to 3 cm. outside the upper anterior iiac spine and running towards the base. The plate can be covered by a thermal protection layer forming a cylindrical cover for the back and abdomen. The layer can be of woolly skin or any material with similar properties. Belts with buckles can be provided for adjustment purposes.
