The apparatus allows female urine incontinence to be inhibited, having an inflatable bladder roughly 50 mm. long, and up to 25 mm, in diameter once inflated. This is connected to the inflation pump by a flexible tube long enough to allow the pump to be lodged under the dress, in a pocket etc., and it has at the end a non-inflatable extension. Before inflation, the bladder is inserted in the vaginal region near the clitoris, the extension forming an anchor. On inflation when desired, it exerts a pressure on the clitoris stimulating a reflex inhibiting urine incontinence. An air release valve is provided to deflate the bladder when no longer needed.
