A vehicle bumper spring for absorbing energy resulting from impact forces, connected between the main frame and the bumper of the vehicle, comprises a laminated thermoset plastic composite cylindrical element reinforced with continuous fiber. Upon impact, the bumper spring deforms and then restores to its original condition after the impact. |
