<p>A brush holder is for an electrical machine with a pivoting brush. The brush has a tight-fit, central hole for mounting on pins where it is clamped by a torsion coil spring. The brush is pressed against the collector by the spring. One end of the spring is attached to the housing and the other U-shaped end is up against the brush. The torsion coil spring (6, 7) surrounds the pins (4, 5) between the limiting shoulder (4a, 5a) and the housing (3). The end of the spring attached to the housing is anchored in a hole. In the extended position one free limb forms an angle with the other limb. The second limb, immediately close to the support point of the yoke (15) of the U-shaped end, rests with its end on the pivoting brush.</p> |
