PURPOSE:To accomplish appropriate photometry in accordance with the color of an object by forming a light receiving part of two or more photodetectors having different color sensitivity characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A visible light transmitting filter 33N and red, green and blue color filters 33R, 33G are disposed on the surface of the light receiving part 11. The filter 33N transmits all the visible light and the filters 33R, 33G and 33B respectively transmit only light in a certain band of red, green and blue. Then, transparent electrodes 35 are disposed on the rear surfaces of the filters 33R, 33G, 33B and 33N by interposing a transparent glass substrate 34 between the filters and the electrodes. The electrode 35 is formed on the P layer of a semiconductor substrate constituted of the P layer 36, an I layer 37 and an N layer 38. A back electrode 39 consisting of a simple substance is connected to the N layer 38 which is on the backmost surface. The light receiving part 11 has plural photodetectors, which respectively receive the light of different colors(wavelength band), and received photometric data of every component classified by color is outputted from the respective photodetectors to a photometry and colorimetry circuit. |
