PURPOSE:To provide a heating method and apparatus for photosensitizing of a metallic thin film having a low melting point, in which thin film leyer is preheated before irradiation of light source to form an image on a metallic thin film having a low melting point, whereby thin film is made readily fusible to increase film sensitivity as well as to effect heating of thin film layer with good efficiency. |
