<p>Cpds. of formula (I) are new (where R is H, Cl, 1-4C alkyl or 1-3C alkoxy; R1 is H, or -CONH-R3; R2 is H, Cl, NO2, 1-3C alkoxy or CF3; R3 is 1-4C alkyl, Ph or is not >6C cycloalkyl). (I) are useful in therapeutics, esp. as psychotropes. ED50 for certain cpds. (I) are 1-10mg/kg p.o. cf.9.0 mg/kg p.o. for imipramine. Toxicity is low.</p> |
