<p>The equipment removes a sheet from a supporting surface, being particularly for use in an electrophotographic copying machine. A suction cup (10) is so shaped that long part at least of its wall (11) no additional pressure is transmitted to the sheet (2) from the external pressure. The cup can be of trumpet section, being so positioned in relation to the supporting surface (1) that part of its edge protrudes beyond the leading edge of the sheet. It can also have one or more stiff walls, at right angles to the supporting surface.</p> |
