Model aeroplanes wings fixture - allows wings of smaller sections to be fitted to fuselage by adding filler piece

This method of connecting wings (25) to the fuselage (21) of a model aeroplane or glider has a wing connector surface (24) on the fuselage side. This connector surface has the same cross section as the end surface of the wing (25). When fitting wings of a smaller section a filler piece (26) can be fitted between the wing and the fuselage. The filler carries the same connector openings (27, 28) as the fuselage connector surface (24). The surface (30) of the filler is aerodynamically shaped to provide a good appearance, and takes the form of a slender aeroil section.
