Ice cube unit using Peltier elements - has cubes at temp. of minus 50 degrees C heated to allow freeing from vessel

The cool side of a Peltier element is bonded by a vessel which has the capacity to accept one or more ice cubes. The delta-T between the hot and cold sides of a Peltier element is pushed into the low temp. region while the waste cold from compressor-driven cooling equipment is taken for direct cooling of the hot side of Peltier elements so that ice cubes at temps. of up to -50 deg.C can be produced. The production of the so created ice-cubes is mentioned by measuring instruments, such as thermostats. After reaching a required measuring point, there is an automatic change over of the Peltier elements so that there is an immediate heating on the cold side. Consequently ice-cubes with temperatures down to -50 deg.C free themselves from storage vessel and can be automatically or manually delivered.
