PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the appearance of the whole apparatus caused by the staining of an unused culture cup by inserting a culture cup into a culture-cup holding hole of a main culture part and rotatably fixing the cup. CONSTITUTION:A culture cup 3 having a rear-opened box-form is composed of (A) both side walls 4a, 4b having a height nearly equal to or lower than the height of a culture cup holding hole 2 and both outer dimensions nearly equal to or smaller than the width of the hole 2, (B) a front wall part 5 having a top edge higher than the top edges of the walls 4a, 4b, a width wider than that of the hole 2, a width of the lower part nearly equal to or smaller than the width of the hole 2 and a step 7 on the boundary of the widths in a state protruding the upper part forward and (C) a bottom wall 6. The above culture cups 3 are inserted into a plurality of holding holes 2 formed on the culture part 1 of the main body leaving the upper wide part of the front wall 5 of the cup 3 and pressed down until the step 7 of the front wall 5 is brought into contact with the lower edge of the hole 2. The cup 3 is rotatably fixed to a protrusion 8 formed on a wall opposite to the hole 2 by this procedure. |
