PURPOSE:To shift the axial lines of the centers of suction and exhaust ports from each other in the neighbourhood at least of a combustion chamber for enabling a comparatively thick heat-insulating layer to be provided on exhaust port side without considerably decreasing the effective sectional size of the ports.
