PURPOSE:To smoothly carry out a work by arranging a work chuter providing free bearings freely supporting the work at upper face thereof and making changeable the condition of this work chuter as to move vertically keeping horizontal state and to inclining state. CONSTITUTION:Working to the work W laid on the work chuter 5 is executed at position of A-A line at ascending limit in a cylinder 37 and after completing the working, the cylinder 37 is descended. The work chuter 5 is descended in a little parallelly with a supporting point X and a supporting point Y, and successively tilted and stopped at B positions. By this method, the worked work is discharged out of the machine. In the chuter base 53 in the work chuter 5, plural number of the free bearings 49 are set and above the chuter base 53, a chuter table 55 is arranged as possible to freely ascend/descend through a link mechanism 57. By ascending the chuter table 55, the upper faces of free bearings 49 arranged to the work chuter 5 are hidden to smoothly carry out the work W. By this method, any trouble at the time of carrying out is eliminated, and labor saving and improvement of productivity can be obtd. |
