Drying crockery in dishwashers - using air electrically heated and applied to crockery to rotary pump and sprayer

Drying of crockery in dishwashing machines is carried out using a water supply pipe, an electric heater, a rotary and emptying pump as well as a spraying device. The drying air is heated by the continuously or intermittently operated electric heater and is then supplied to the items to be dried through the rotary pump and the spraying device. During the drying process the fresh water inlet valve as well as the emptying pump are intermittently or continuously operated in such a way that the container floor is covered with cooling water to condense the steam arising during the drying process without the cooling water reaching either the electric heater or the suction socket of the rotary pump.
