<p>The tractor-drawn tree feller, branch stripper and saw comprises a movable housing bearing the different apparatus coaxially. The branch stripper includes two or more blades encompassing the tree (A) and two or more engaging rollers, of which the alignments are adjustable, and the axis along which the trunk is drawn between the rollers coincides with the axis of the trunk between the blades. Pref. the feller comprises a cutter with two blades (a1, a2) which move about a common axis, and two power means (c1, c2) of which the bodies or cylinders are pivotably connected to the blades and of which the rods actuate crank arms (d1, d2) which are also mounted on the blades and connected to rollers (f1, f2) forming winding drums for at least one chain (g). Movement of the chain effects closure of the cutter and of a power device (h) of which the cylinder and rod are connected to the second and first blades respectively.</p> |
