<p>The milking equipment is made of plastic or other light material, and is fitted onto the teat-unit by means of a screw spindle or scissors construction. The frame with milk container has small wheels, and can if necessary be attached to a vacuum air pipe. A teat massage cylinder has different-sized, curved rubber pins over it distributed at various distances so that the udder unit and teats are thereby massaged. A vibratory massage unit is also incorporated, with electrical radiation for improving the milk flow of the cow. An udder shield with rubber belts running in a transverse or lengthwise direction can be attached for the vibratory massage unit. The teat massage cylinder is rotated by hand-operated crank, or small electrical motor or other means.</p> |
