<p>A mobile hoist (1) for heavy loads which is carried on a wheeled tricycle arrangement. It has a transverse tube (2) in reversed U form, the lower ends being joined to forks (3) and (4) which carry supporting wheels (5) and (6). There are suspensions (7, 8) between the forks and the ends of the transverse tube. There is another curved tube (9), placed longitudinally. At its base (10) is a support plate (11) supporting a chasis and front jockey (13) fork (12). There is alos drawgear (14) and control items (15) (15a). The load is supported by cables (16) across lateral supports (17, 18) and there are hydraulic jacks (19) (20). There can be a winch cable passing over a pulley (21).</p> |
