In spraying multi-component materials (e.g. resins) hardener is fed in by spraying from a separate nozzle and mixed with the other component's) outside the spraying gun; the hardener is fed through a tube in a hollow needle. Low pressures are sufficient mixing is highly effective, no mixed residues remain to clog the equipment, the spray is localised, the hardener content can be adjusted and the equipment is simple and cheap.
