Scraper conveyor spillage plate - is reinforced outside by machine steering connector assembly and inside by machine guide rail

Spillage plate has a connection unit for the machine steering assembly and a guide rail for the machine on the conveyor structure. The connectors are joined to the pans on the waste side and thus form the vertical leg of an adjustable triangle whose second leg is a piston and cylinder unit hinged to the connector and whose third leg is an outrigger which extends to the waste and is coupled to the other end of the connector. The spillage plate (1) either carries or itself forms the couplings for a connector assembly (3) which reinforces the plate outside and a guide rail (4) reinforcing the inside of the plate. Pref. the plate should have adjoining and superimposed holes halfway along for the bolts (9) coupling the connector assembly (3).
