<p>Baking oven comprises an obtuse-angled hollow structure of which the narrow sloping sides are closed airtightly. Its two hollow open angle ends extend upwardly to the door and rearwardly to the rear wall of the oven. A cold air down pipe (E) leads from the centre of the bottom (G) of the oven downwards. On the sloping sides are disposed electric heating elements (F). At the cold air outlet is an automatic closure cone (J). The electric elements may be replaced by a transversely extending gas burner at the bottom of the obtuse-angled hollow structure. Constant loss of hot air is avoided. When material is removed from the oven, cold air does not enter, but hot air flows out of the upwardly extending channels (D).</p> |
