PURPOSE:To reduce the temperature rise of a motor by a method wherein a slit, provided on the non-magnetized part of a resin magnet, is arranged so as to be mated with an opening, provided on a rotor yoke. CONSTITUTION:A rotor yoke 1 is provided with a plurality of slits 2. A resin magnet 3 is also provided with a plurality of slits 5. Both of the resin magnet 3 and the rotor yoke 1 are bonded to fix them so that the slits of the resin magnet 3 are positioned so as to be coinciding with the slits 2 of the rotor yoke 1. Thereafter, the magnet is magnetized in a phase wherein the coinciding part of the slits comes to the switching part from N-pole to S-pole or a non- magnetized part and the magnet is integrated with a shaft 4 to assemble a rotor. According to this method, heat, generated in a stator coil upon heavy load, can be discharged to the outside of a motor through the resin magnets and the slits of the rotor yoke or, on the contrary, the heat can be released by taking external cool air into the motor through the slits in the same manner. Accordingly, temperature rise due to the heat generation of the stator coil may be reduced. |
