For floor structures, in particular podiums, platforms or stairways, the invention provides a dismantleable, screw-free and pin-free load-bearing construction. The load-bearing construction is assembled from structural elements (1) which are arranged in rows, are rectangular in outline and have in each case two intersecting diagonal struts (2). At the point of intersection, the struts are releasably engaged with respect to each other. In the corners, the struts merge into connecting members (3, 4, 5). The connecting members are shaped such that they can be releasably connected to the connecting members of neighbouring structural elements.
