Miniature salient pole motor assembly aid system - holds stray field plates on plastics supports designed to give correct alignment

A miniature salient pole motor, may be used. It esp. consists of a split pole motor with pole pieces which are spaced by a few millimeters. It has a stray field sheet fitted between them to improve the torque characteristics. In a typical construction the sheet (4) is supported by a carrier (5) made of plastics material. The plastics supports facilitate assembly and correct alignment of the units and they enable production rates to be increased.
