The optical system operates in several wavelength regions. It comprises two or more target aiming projectors (4), and a critical system equipment which has a carefully orientated axis and a system of prisms. The optical elements are adjusted and they are asembled into a compact unit which enables all the targets (2, 5, 6) viewed to be reflected along optical axes attributed to them in associated apparatus. With two sets of optical equipment inuse, stereo viewing of the target may be performed.
