<p>A wedge-shaped or curved stripper, having 1 or 2 stripper edges, is used for cleaning ground- or guide-rollers in a Zn-, Pb-, Sn- or Al melt bath. Adhesion of projecting layers between a strip, coated by drawing through melt, and rollers is prevented. Stripper shape allows generation of necessary flow for sideways removel of loosened off components and for mixing additives. Stripper does not chatter and can be fitted with 1 or 2 knife edges. Coating is more even.</p> |
