The cattle pen consists of two uprights touching each other at the sockets and welded to a free-standing frame. In the space between the uprights and the wall is a smaller adjustment bracket which slants inwards and downwards at the front in a vertical direction, to keep the animals upright. The back of the frame can be retractable to extend it. The frame has vertical struts for fixing the neck bolt, which can be fixed by tubular clamps to the struts. On the floor near the uprights is a rubber skirt fixed to a concrete or wooden threshold. Another rubber skirt protects the reclining-floor from a gangway and drainage gutter.
