<p>Smooth yarn guide finger is inclined at an angle to the vertical axis. The device is further provided with an axially movable yarn inlet guide. This allows the yarn lap on the roller to be formed selectively to pass over or under the guide finger, on the vertical part of the roller contacted by the tape or on the lower part of the roller out of contact with the tape. Device is for supplying yarns to the needle cylinder of a multiple yarn circular knitting machine. Provision of inclined guide finger causes yarn on the guide roller to slide axially and overlap of windings is prevented.</p> |
