<p>Method is effected using flotation. Collectors are 1-amidoethyl-imidazolines having formula (I): (where R1 and R2 are 8-22 (pref. 12-18)C alk(en)yl gps.). A standard flotation process is used. (I) is added to flotation slurry contg. the ground, crude ore. Foaming- and auxiliary agents may be added. (I) are used esp. for collecting pyrochlore, columbite, pandaite, betaphite, etc. (I) do not collect quartz, calcite and other contaminating minerals. Concn. achieved with (I) is higher than that achieved by using 1-hydroxyalkyl-2-or 1-aminoalkyl-2-alkyl imidazolines as collectors.</p> |
