Method comprises forming a first layer of glass fibre mixed with cement mortar, followed by a thicker second layer which is placed on the wet and unhardened primary layer. Second layer comprises cement mortar mixed with foamed polystyrene or similar lightweight material. Third layer is then introduced, whilst the second layer is still wet and soft, comprising the same mixt. as the first. When the first layer is placed in the mould, a part of it is also placed on the upright sides of the mould. Once the third layer is in the mould, a top mould shape is introduced. The under shape and/or top shape are provided with profiling such as for roof tiles, bricks, natural stone, etc.
