<p>The connecting element is for two adjacent parts of a magnetic circuit having at least one air gap. The element has two ribs with cylindrical surfaces held at a distance by a connecting strip. It is made of a nonmagnetic material and has a separating strip (9) connected to the connecting strip (8) between the ribs (7) on both its sides. In a practical application a magnetic core can be formed by two identical portions (1a--b each having a right-angled shape. They are made from magnetic laminations and, when brought together, form a rectangle with two air gaps (3, 4) created from recesses (5a--b, 6a--b).</p> |
