The conductive pneumatic spring is intended for application with the rear window wiper or heater in a motor vehicle. The spring has telescopic parts moving against each other. A piston is longitudinally moving in a pressure gas filled housing and can be driven from the same. This piston is used for actuation of the rear window wiper etc. forming a current load. The piston is hingeably mounted on suitable vehicle parts, using insulated fastening elements. One telescopically movable part such as the housing (4) or the piston rod (37), has a sliding contact (18) connected to the current source (22) or the load (19). The slide contact touches in shifting a metal surface of the piston (7) which is also connected to the current source or the load.
