<p>The apparatus consists of a heated air blower (1) and a tube (3), closed at the far end, with at least one row of openings (21) along its interior circumference. The tube is fixed to the extremity of the exit tube (14) of the blower. A control device (18) communicates with the fixing of the tube (17) so as to produce a regular movement of the tube. This movement can be either an alternate rocking movement or a rotating movement round an axis passing through the centre of the mouth of the blower and perpendicular to the plane of this mouth.</p> |
