<p>The food preparation installation is also used for the final cooking of potato chips pre-blanched in fat, and consists of a housing with an airflow forced into circulation by at least one blower which passes a heating installation during its circulatory flow when it flow around the food dishes being prepared on grid bases. The installation includes a housing containing the electric installation, the air heater and the control system with a box shaped separate cooking oven (2) fitted to the housing (1) containing the grid base (3), the suction openings (4) and closed off by its own lid (5).</p> |
