Fixing of anchoring bolts to metal facade plates where the metal plate has a blind hole. In this hole, the head of an anchoring bolt, which tapers to the axial length of the blind hole depth, is inserted. The edge of the blind hole is then plastically deformed with one component on the bolt axis. Before the bolt is inserted a channel or groove, which runs around the blind hole, is formed in the metal plate at the same time as the production of the blind hole. A spherical rim is rolled by means of a composing tool which encloses the anchoring belt to deform the blind hole edge in the groove. The radially inside groove edge is deformed towards the bolt axis.
|
