The refrigerator has within its enclosure horizontally superposed guide grooves in side walls. Into these grooves are pushed grids shaped refrigerated material carrying frames. The arrangement enables to accommodate horizontal and sloping carrier frames. The refrigerated material carrier (4) consists of longitudinal rods (5) or strips arranged side by side within the cabinet enclosure (2). The rods or plates are bent at ends at right angles and they have at their ends transverse rods (6) which engage with guide grooves (3) of the side walls of the enclosure (2). The ends of the guide grooves (3) have ratcheting depressions (8) for the ends (7) of transverse rods.
