The door fastening arrangement is used for a cable distribution cabinet made from plastics. The door is always correctly aligned with the cabinet housing and ensures an opening angle greater than quarter full circle. The door fastening and holding arrangement is made as far as possible from plastics. The hinges have hinge plates with pivot bores. Between the door plates (7) are arranged cabinet lugs (6) with hinge pin holes and the plates are connected by a pivot pin (9). The cabinet side hinge plate has a holding part with open slot sliding on a clamping screw (5) and provided with ratchet teeth. The plate ratchet teeth engage with those of a holding and clamping bridge (8).
