The high voltage protection spark gap is designed to protection television tubes against overvoltages. It is formed on an insulating support was to present a defined discharge path for each protected elements. A peripheral zone of the support (1) is partially fitted with a conducting body which forms a single electrode (2). This electrode (2) is connected to a common low potential point. In addition, the support (1) has insulated electrodes (4) each of which form with the single electrode (2) a separated spark gap.
