摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve lifting accuracy of a cathode sleeve by a metal fine line by drawing a part where the metal fine lines are crossed to one another, into a hole of the cathode sleeve, and by closely connecting the welding part to the bottom surface of a cathode base body and to the top surface of the cathode sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A part where metal fine lines 9 are crossed to one another is drawn into a hole part 2a provided on top surface of a cathode sleeve 2, and its welding part 9b is so arranged as to be closely connected to the bottom surface of a cathode base body 1 and to the top surface of the cathode sleeve 2. The metal fine line 9 is not formed in an arch, and since it is closely connected to the bottom surface of the cathode base body 1 and to the top surface of the cathode sleeve 2, even when the pressure is given by a welding method, deformation is not generated in the metal fine line 9. There is no possibility of lifting condition of the cathode sleeve 2 being deformed due to the welding, nor of the reduction in size and accuracy of a cathode structure body.</p>
