Method for assembling a first component of moulded thermoplastic material and a second rigid component of any material is carried out by force fitting projections on the second component in at >=1 seat formed by moulded recesses and/or projections on the first component, while the first component is leaving the mould and still in the plastic state. Force fitting is performed by localised elastic deformation of the seat on the first component, with elastic return of the deformed edges to their original position to fix the projections of the second component in position. These edges are then stabilised by hardening the material with cooling of the first component. |
