<p>Hot-melt adhesives are provided in the parent patent, of (meth)acrylate type which become tacky at 100-200 degrees C, coated over their whole surface with an acrylate ester copolymer which is tacky at room temp. In the improvement tack at room-temp. is obtd. by applying solvent and/or plasticiser to the hot-melt adhesive. Sticking of thermoplastic materials to themselves, esp. (meth)acrylate polymers may be achieved. Hot-melt adhesives which are tacky at room temp. are obtd. by a simpler process.</p> |
