<p>The cigarette extinguisher comprises a housing (1) with an inlet opening (2) for a burning cigarette at the top, and an outlet opening (8) for an extinguished cigarette at the bottom. In the housing is a rotary body (4) around the circumference of which are uniformly distributed airtightly closable chambers (5) one of which aligns with the inlet opening while another simultaneously aligns with the outlet opening, in a given rotational position. The rotary body is disc-shaped and mounted by a rotational lock, with sealing elements (9) between the housing inner wall and the peripheral surface (6) of the rotary body. Beneath the outlet opening is an ashtray.</p> |
