<p>The hot air igniter is used for starting gril type fires and for open wood firing, fireplaces. The igniter has a suction blower which blows air directly through an electrically heated incandescent body directly on the fuel to be ignited. Igniter outlet distributes the hot air to ensure good igniting conditions. The outlet head (3) which is connected by air channel (2) with the blower determines the given direction of the hot air outlet. The outlet head (3) is a drum shaped housing accommodating the heater wires or similar heating elements. The drum has a number of air outlet slots (5) which can be covered and opened in required igniting directions by rotating adjustable slider with actuating knob (4).</p> |
