The arrangement consists of a conventional U bolt (10) with threaded legs (13). A matching bracket (20) is provided with a semi circular cut-out (19) which has the same radius as the U bolt. The clamp bracket consists of two plates (23) which are welded together or of one plate which is folded over. The plates have half cylindrical impressions, which form guide holes for the U bolt, when the plates are placed together. The clamp bracket is further reinforced by two short sections of angle iron (21) which can be formed in egrally with the two plates from which the bracket is made.
